pretty good gig #12 with Bryan Lopes, saxophonist, October 26, 2010

Friday, October 29th, 2010

In this show I talked with Bryan Lopes, an amazing sax player. We talk about our experiences at Berklee, doing gigs over they years and various inside stories about being a musician. Bryan talks about backing up musicians like Chick Corea, Joe Williams, Stephen Stills and being a part of different bands behind comedians like Bob Hope, George Burns and Bill Cosby and gigs like playing the Democratic National Convention. Lots of strange coincidences – gigs we both did at different times etc.  We talked about being forced to practice when we were kids and how it turned out to be our careers.
